Welcome to Grover & Bates Associates.  We have been surveying in Western NY primarily in Monroe, Wayne, Ontario, Orleans, Livingston, Alleghany and Wyoming Counties for the past 25 years.  We are members of the Genesee Valley Land Surveyors Association and the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors.

Our experience is very diversified in that we specialize in servicing the public with private residential lot surveys, farm and commercial surveys, and ALTS/ASCM Surveys.

We also do work for engineering and architecture firms with larger projects such as sub-division design and layout, topographic layout for buildings, utilities and roadways.

We have 2 locations for your convenience -

We have 1 office located in Perry, NY and 1 office located in East Rochester, NY which allows us to serve most of Western New York Efficiently.  We are familiar with most planning boards and associated agencies in the area.  Our goal is to provide quality service in a timely fashion for a fair price.
